#15 Future of Libraries

I do agree that as customers get more knowledgeable, the quicker and more demanding their requests and needs will be. I feel that with the age of technology, the library as an institution is going to be replaced with a "warehouse" type situation. Instead of branches there will be one branch for those that need the feel of a book.
